We refer to our earlier announcement dated 2 December 2009 and the Extraordinary General Meeting of D&O duly held on 27 January 2010 of which, the shareholders of D&O had approved the special resolution for the proposed change of name from D & O Ventures Berhad to D & O Green Technologies Berhad.
The Board of Directors of D&O is pleased to announce that the Company had on today received the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name (Form 13) dated 9 February 2010 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Pursuant to the above and in accordance with Section 23(2) of the Companies Act, 1965, the Company's name changed to D & O Green Technologies Berhad with effect from 9 February 2010.
