With reference to the announcement made by D & O Ventures Berhad (“D&O” or “the Company”) on 13 July 2009 pertaining to the final call payment for the 22,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Dominant Semiconductors Sdn Bhd, the Board of D&O wishes to inform that the announcement on final call payment was subsequent to the announcements made by the Company on 31 May 2005, 2 June 2005, 10 November 2005, 2 March 2006, 23 June 2006 and 24 November 2006.
